Shipping and payment

Delivery

We ship orders by Novaya Poshta throughout Ukraine and abroad.

The cost of delivery depends on the size and dimensions of the painting and is fully paid by the recipient.

Delivery across Ukraine

The order can be paid for on official details or upon receipt at the Novaya Poshta branch.

Delivery abroad

International orders require full payment of the product price. At the time of shipment, we pay the shipping, send the customer a check, after which the customer compensates the actual cost of international shipping.

Prepayment

Standard orders are made without advance payment. Advance payment is required in two cases: if the painting is made based on the customer's personal photo or if the size exceeds 120 × 80 cm.
