How long does it take to make a painting?

The standard production time is about 4 weeks.

What is the painting made of?

The base is 8 mm MDF with a special print. The surface is covered with epoxy resin and decorated with crystals, rock crystal, glitter, gold or silver crumbs.

Are there fasteners?

Yes, a mount is installed behind the picture.

What frames are available?

You can choose a picture without a frame, with an aluminum or wooden frame. The color of the frame is agreed with the manager.

Is prepayment required?

Usually not. Prepayment is required for orders based on a personal photo and for sizes over 120 × 80 cm.

How is payment made in Ukraine?

You can pay to official details or upon receipt at the Novaya Poshta branch.

Do you ship abroad?

Yes. International orders are sent by Novaya Poshta. The product is paid for in full, and the cost of international delivery is compensated by the customer against the actual check.

Can I return the picture?

Returns or exchanges are possible in the event of a manufacturing defect on our part. In this case, we pay for the return shipping and replace the product free of charge.
